Nathalie Emmanuel, Will Poulter, Nadia Rose, Ash Sarkar, and Jermain Jackman co-star in Operation Black Vote (OBV)'s new campaign, encouraging Britain's 'disenfranchised youth', particularly those of BAME and minority communities, to register to vote ahead of the forthcoming election.
The campaign features 'controversial' quotes from politicians which 'insensitively address issues of race, religion, women, sexuality, and climate change', and Lord Simon Woolley, Director at Operation Black Vote, commented 'With the nation’s future direction at stake, it’s critical that marginalised communities have a voice in this election. The marginality of so many seats - 100 - simply means the BAME vote could decide who has the keys to Downing Street'.
